Lyrics: Moving In Stereo

“Moving In Stereo” by The Cars

Life’s the same, I’m moving in stereo

Life’s the same except for my shoes

Life’s the same, you’re shaking like tremolo

Life’s the same, it’s all inside of you

It’s so easy to blow up your problems, it’s so easy to play up your breakdown

It’s so easy to fly through a window, it’s so easy to fool with the sound

It’s so tough to get up, it’s so tough

It’s so tough to live up, it’s so tough on you

Life’s the same, I’m moving in stereo

Life’s the same except for my shoes

Life’s the same, you’re shaking like tremolo

Life’s the same, it’s all inside of you

Life’s the same, I’m moving in stereo

Life’s the same except for my shoes

Life’s the same, you’re shaking like tremolo

Life’s the same, it’s all inside of you

    1. I really love this song. Love Benjamins voice on it. Shows a lot of range too. Expressive. Kind of has a hint of accent found in many of his songs. 💕

  1. Ah, yes! I’m a new reader here, I actually spent five straight hours on Saturday night reading the entirety of this blog, I couldn’t get enough and just felt the need to absorb all that I could.

This is my favorite Cars song Benjamin sang. When I first heard it 10 years ago when I was sixteen it blew me away and still does now. So important to me over the years.

    1. Wow, thank you so much! I’m sorry I missed this comment before, Kirsten. It’s great to meet you, and to know that The Cars’ music has had such an effect on you. And it makes me happy that you are so young! I want Ben to be known and loved by the next generation so much. Please feel free to share more comments — and I’ll try very hard to respond more quickly. Haha! 🙂 ❤
